Concorso Fotografico “TROVA L’ORCHIDEA” – Photo contest “THE PURSUIT OF THE WILD ORCHYD”
Siamo lieti di presentare il Concorso Fotografico “Alla ricerca dell’Orchidea spontanea” . Il concorso realizzato dall’Associazione Ophrys Akrai di Palazzolo Acreide in collaborazione con Corto Barocco di Catania, si articola nei weekend ( venerdi,sabato e domenica ) da marzo a giugno 2019 nei territori dei Monti Iblei in Sicilia , tra le provincie di Siracusa e Ragusa . Ai partecipanti che sceglieranno un weekend a scelta verrà chiesto di frequentare le tre giornate di gara ognuna delle quali sarà dedicata alla ricerca di una particolare specie di orchidea scelta dall’organizzazione Ophrys Akrai con una scheda tecnica e si concluderà con una giornata a tema libero. Per questa ricerca al concorrente verranno dati un trasmettitore e una mappa specifica in quanto la ricerca sarà limitata a determinati territori. Alla consegna di un numero libero di scatti da parte del concorrente alla giuria l’ultimo giorno , verranno selezionate le foto vincitrici ed esposte le migliori in una mostra fotografica che avrà luogo sia Palazzolo Acreide ( SR) che a Nicolosi (CT) . La premiazione del concorso è vincolata ad una partecipazione minima di otto iscritti in totale , il premio sarà un soggiorno di due notti con prima colazione in una dimora di Palazzolo Ospitalità Diffusa insieme ad una esperienza naturalistica con Ophrys Akrai . E’ prevista la diretta streaming per il vincitore in caso di assenza.La quota di partecipazione al Concorso è di euro 45 e comprende iscrizione, assicurazione , servizio navetta e un pranzo al sacco. Per chi volesse alloggiare nelle strutture di Palazzolo Ospitalità Diffusa con trattamento di B&B sono disponibili pacchetti speciali tutto incluso . PHOTO CONTEST “ THE PURSUIT OF THE WILD ORCHYD”
We are pleased to presented more information about the photographic contest “ThePursuit of the Wild Orchyd”, organized by Ophrys Akrai ( Palazzolo Acreide Syracuse) and CortoBarocco. You will have to find and take pictures of the wild orchyds during all week-ends ( on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ) from March till June 2019 in the Iblea Area, between Syracuse and Ragusa in Sicily.Competitors will choose one week-end in this period and will have to follow, for the first two days , the different species and subspecies of orchyds according the to the period , supported by the helpers and by the thecnical form given by Ophrys Akrai. The thirst day the contest will be with free proposal .Competitors will have a radio transmitter and a map of the area, specific for every day, with the instruction for orchyd research.On Sunday each competitor will have to deliver a free number of photos and the competition will be ended. The thecnical jury of Association Corto Barocco will choose the best three photos for each competitor and will show them in a photographic show both in Palazzolo Acreide ( Syracuse) and in Nicolosi (Catane).The Show and the Award Ceremony will be binded to a minimum of 8 competitors during the all period from March to June. For the winner the award will be a two nights vacation under the system of B&B in one location in Palazzolo Ospitalità Diffusa (www.siciliaospitalitadiffusa.com ). And a naturalistic experience suggested by the Association Ophrys Akrai .If absent, the winner can follow the Award Ceremony in direct-streaming.You will receive the Official Guidelines when you give your approval to the partecipation.The fee for the partecipation to the Pursuit is Euro 45 (registration Euro 20 + partecipation to the competition Euro 20 + one picnic euro 5).
